Moon Cheese Mozzarella and Cheddar Crumbles are a great way to add versatility to all of your dishes. You can simply add a little extra crunch to your soup or salad, or coat meat or veggies to give your meal an all protein kick of cheesy flavor.

Cheesy Zucchini Sticks
Cheesy Zucchini Sticks
Ingredients:
- 1 - Zucchini, halved and quartered into sticks
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 - 5oz bag of Moon Cheese Mozzarella Crumbles
- Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
Instructions::
If baking in oven, preheat to 400 degrees.
Trim ends off zucchini and cut in half. Divide each half of zucchini again, then quarter each section into 4 sticks. There should be a total of 16 sticks, when cuts are complete
Beat two eggs well in a bowl. Dip each zucchini stick into the egg mixture.
Pour Moon Cheese Crumbles in a separate bowl. Transfer zucchini sticks into Moon Cheese Mozzarella Crumbles and coat all sides of each stick with cheese.
Place on foil lined baking sheet and drizzle each zucchini stick with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, if preferred.
Baking method: Bake zucchini sticks for 10 minutes in a 400-degree oven, turning sticks halfway through cooking time. Once done, remove sticks from foil immediately and allow to cool slightly before eating.
Air Fryer method (recommended): Place sticks in air fryer and allow to bake for 4 minutes at 400 degrees. You may need to cook these in smaller batches, depending on the size of the air fryer. Remove from air fryer and allow to cool slightly before eating.
TIP: great to serve with your favorite marinara or veggie dip!
Moon Cheese Meatballs
Moon Cheese Meatballs
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs. of ground beef, or meat protein of choice
- 1 - 5oz bag of Moon Cheese Mozzarella Crumbles
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1 tbsp basil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- Olive Oil
Instructions::
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Reserve 2 tbsp of Moon Cheese Mozzarella Crumbles to top meatballs.
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except ground beef until evenly blended.
Add ground beef and mix well.
Portion meat mixture into balls, using approximately 2 tbsp of the mixture for each.
Roll each portion in your hands to form evenly shaped meatballs. Place on baking sheet.
Drizzle each meatball lightly with olive oil.
Bake in oven for 20 minutes
If topping with reserved Moon Cheese, remove meatballs from oven after 10 minutes to top with crumbles. Bake for the remaining 10 minutes
Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before eating.
TIP: Delicious on their own or with your favorite sauce!
Cheesy Roasted Tomatoes
Cheesy Roasted Tomatoes
Ingredients
- 2 large tomatoes (like Vine Ripe or Beefsteak)
- 1 - 5oz bag of Moon Cheese Cheddar Cheese Crumbles
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
- Fresh Basil, if desired
- Fresh Parsley, if desired
Instructions::
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Slice freshly washed and dried tomatoes into 3-4 thick slices. Slices will depend on the size of your tomato.
Place tomatoes on foil-lined baking sheet.
Sprinkle salt & pepper, to taste.
Bake tomato slices for 7 minutes.
Remove from oven and top each tomato generously with Moon Cheese Cheddar Cheese Crumbles.
Bake in oven for 5 minutes, until cheese is slightly melted and golden brown on top.
Remove from oven, top with fresh parsley and basil if desired. Allow to cool slightly before eating.
PRO TIP: Make these into Pizza Tomatoes by adding a slice of salami or pepperoni before topping with cheese for a zesty Italian twist!

Ingredients
- 8-12 boneless, skinless chicken tenders
- 1-5oz package of Moon Cheese Cheddar Crumbles
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Olive oil
Instructions::
If baking, preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Beat eggs until well blended in a bowl.
Dip chicken tenders in egg mixture.
Place Moon Cheese Crumbles in a separate bowl.
Evenly coat chicken in Moon Cheese Cheddar Crumbles.
Place on lined baking sheet and drizzle or spray lightly with oil.
Bake in oven for 15-18 minutes, until juices run clear, and cheese is slightly golden brown.
Air Fryer Method:Follow above coating instructions then place in air fryer and cook for 11 minutes at 390 degrees.
TIP: enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce!
